Refund Policy

1. To request a refund, customers must provide their order number and a valid reason for their refund request. If we've already provided a radio code, we also require a photo of your serial number and video footage of you entering the code into your stereo so we can determine that the issue is on our end and not user error.

2. We guarantee a 100% refund if the customer has provided the correct serial number, but we are unable to generate the correct radio code.

3. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if any of the following conditions have been met:
a. The customer has entered the wrong serial number.
b. The customer has engaged with our customer support team and received clear guidance on how to troubleshoot their missing radio code, but has failed to follow instructions.
c. We have sent the radio code via email, but the customer's email provider has deferred, bounced, or failed to process our email.
d. The radio code has been successfully generated and sent, but the customer has been unable to find it in their inbox.

4. The refund amount will be based on the purchase price of the item(s) returned and will not include any shipping, handling, or other related charges.

5. For customers outside the US, please note that all refunds will be processed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to foreign currency conversion fees or other related charges, depending on your financial institution's policies.

6. We encourage our customers to carefully review their refund requests before submitting them to ensure that they meet all the conditions stipulated in this policy.
