It's lucky you found us...

As a result of the 2015 emissions scandal, the Volkswagen Group has updated their software. A simple task like unlocking your VW radio now requires a full diagnostic that can cost upwards of 150 euros. Not only that, but you have to find time to take you car into the garage. We understand that this can seem unfair, which is why we offer a solution that is both convenient and cost-effective.

We are the only service who can provide VW radio codes 100% online, without the need for a full diagnostic. Not only is this option faster and more convenient, but it also comes at a fraction of the cost. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere - trust us to provide you with the VW radio code you need, without breaking the bank.

Step 1. Get your VIN

What is a VIN?

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique 17-digit code that is assigned to each individual vehicle. It acts as the vehicle’s fingerprint, as no two vehicles will have the same VIN. The VIN can be used to identify important information about your car such as its manufacturer, year of production, model and even where it was manufactured.

Where can I find my VIN?

Your vehicle identification number (VIN) can be found on the driver’s side dashboard, near where the windshield meets the hood of your car. It can also be found on the compliance plate in the engine bay, on one of the door posts (where the door latches when it is closed or in a variety of documents related to your vehicle, including its registration and insurance policy.

If you still cannot locate your VIN, contact your local dealership for assistance. They should be able to help you locate the exact location of your VIN.

Step 1 - Find your Volkswagen radio Serial Number

All Volkswagen radios have their serial numbers printed on a label on the radio unit. You must remove the radio from the dashboard in order to view the serial number.

1. Turn your car off.

2. Remove the plastic trim around the unit.

3. Remove the screws that hold the radio in place.

4. Carefully remove the radio and view the sticker. Note, you don't have to unplug your radio to view the label.

5. Take a photo of the label. This may come in handy later if you need to troubleshoot.

Pro tip: Your serial number will be 14-digits long. E.g. VWZ1Z3L8793214
